These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lashes By Yusi website, appointment-booking services, products, communications, and related services. By using the website, booking an appointment, purchasing a product or service, or submitting information, you agree to these Terms.

The business name must match the name or DBA used in the website footer, consent checkboxes, Privacy Policy, campaign description, and A2P registration.
2. Website Use
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Submit false information
- Interfere with website security
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Copy or exploit website content without permission
- Use the website for fraudulent or harmful purposes
3. Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability. An appointment is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Lashes By Yusi or its authorized booking provider. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment information.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in:
- Loss of a deposit
- Cancellation fees
- Required prepayment
- Booking restrictions
The policy shown during the booking process will apply if it contains more specific terms.
5. Payments and Deposits
Some services may require a deposit or advance payment. Prices, fees, taxes, and accepted payment methods may change. Deposits may be nonrefundable when clearly disclosed during booking and where permitted by applicable law.
6. Service Results
Beauty-service results vary by customer. Results may depend on:
- Existing lashes
- Skin or eye sensitivity
- Previous treatments
- Selected service
- Aftercare
- Individual physical characteristics
Photos and examples do not guarantee identical results.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, prior treatments, and other relevant concerns. Customers should follow all preparation and aftercare instructions.
Lashes By Yusi provides cosmetic services and does not provide medical advice.
8. Refunds and Service Concerns
Completed beauty services may be nonrefundable except where required by law. Customers should report service concerns within 12 hours or 2 days. Lashes By Yusi may offer an assessment, correction, adjustment, credit, or other solution depending on the circumstances.
9. SMS Messaging Program
Program Description
Lashes By Yusi may send transactional text messages to customers who provide their phone number and actively select the appropriate optional SMS consent checkbox. Transactional messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment updates, appointment reminders, booking changes, order confirmations, account notifications, and requested service communications. Customers who separately select the marketing consent checkbox may also receive special offers, discounts, promotions, new product updates, and new service updates.
Consent
SMS consent must be obtained through an optional checkbox or another clear express-consent action tied directly to the phone-number collection. Consent cannot be hidden inside these Terms & Conditions. Marketing consent must be separate from transactional consent. The opt-in flow and campaign use case must match exactly.

Marketing Consent
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Carrier Responsibility
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy Policy
SMS information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text message services.
10. Double Opt-In Restriction
The phone number and SMS consent should be collected in one clear location. We do not collect a phone number and SMS consent on the first website form and then collect both again on a booking-calendar form, since this can make it unclear which form officially captured consent and may lead to rejection.
We follow one setup:
- Collect the phone number and consent on the first form, then remove phone and consent collection from the calendar, or
- Remove phone and consent collection from the first form and collect them only on the booking calendar.
11. Email Communications
Email consent and SMS consent are separate. Subscribing to email marketing does not automatically provide consent to receive marketing text messages.
12. Intellectual Property
Website text, images, logos, designs, and branding are owned by or licensed to Lashes By Yusi. They may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
13. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party booking, payment, hosting, analytics, or social-media services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Disclaimer
The website and services are provided on an available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation, identical service results, or continued availability of third-party services.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lashes By Yusi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from website use, third-party services, delayed communications, or events outside its reasonable control.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
